Jordan's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Sufyan al-Qadah announced on Tuesday that his country had agreed to a UN request to host a meeting on Yemen.
In a statement, he said that Jordan had agreed to the request of the Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General to Yemen to host the meeting between the representatives of the Yemeni government and the Houthis group.
The meeting will be discussed the terms of the prisoners and detainees exchange agreement.
