The UN envoy for Yemen Martin Griffiths remembered the "Declaration of Understanding on Taiz" one of the documents and outcomes of Stockholm agreement" so as to be ended and implemented implementation Steps in a first week of concluding the Sweden Concert.

The UN envoy said on Monday in his lasted brief"  We all hoped that the Statement of Understanding on Taiz agreed in Stockholm would open the door for the parties to work together on a way forward for the city and to alleviate the suffering of its citizens. The military and political situation in the city is extremely complex and fragile, to the detriment of the population. And I continue to work with the parties to convene a meeting of the joint committee agreed in Stockholm, to identify a way out of the current situation.  The benefits of a de-escalation of tensions and improved access for humanitarian aid would be tangible, immediate and visible."

The hope was not alone to do anything or make a promise or change the reality, as long as efforts of the Envoy and his mission focused on al-Hodeida file to exceed the militias the danger of liberation", the UN envoy did not record any effort or write or attend a single activity under the name of the besieged city of Taiz. The announcement of the Sweden agreement about the Statement of Understanding on Taiz came aiming at alleviating suffering of civilians and its people.
