UAE Red Crescent organizes third wedding in Mocha for 100 families

The UAE Red Crescent Authority organized Thursday the third mass wedding on the West Coast, in Mocha city, and the 15th at the level of Yemen of 200 young men and women.
The Red Crescent Authority said on Wednesday that it had finished all the preparations to hold the wedding, underscoring the initiative aims to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni families due to high requirements of marriage.
The Authority added Yemen's difficult living conditions have contributed to the youth's declining to marry. The UAE has implemented the collective wedding initiative as a tribute by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces to facilitate youths to marry to help them to establish happy families.
Director General of Mocha district Sultan Abdullah Mahmoud praised the role of the UAE and thanked the leadership and the people of the UAE for their continuous support to the people of Mocha district and the Yemeni people.
