Heavy shelling resumed in Hodeidah

Houthi militias launched heavy artillery bombardment of different joint forces positions east of Hodeidah city, with 120-mm heavy mortar artillery and 23-caliber heavy weapons, in different hours of Friday.
On Friday, September 20, 2019, joint forces positions were heavily bombed and targeted with heavy and medium weapons. The sources reported that the militias shelled the sites with 120-caliber mortar shells east of the Directorate, and targeted other positions of the joint forces in al-Duraimi, where they used 12.7 weapons and 14.5 weapons and pica rate weapon.
On Thursday evening, Iranian arm militias launched heavy shelling of the joint forces' positions in the eastern city of Hodeidah with a number of mortars, medium caliber weapons 12.7 and 14.5 in addition to snipers. The source pointed out that the joint forces repelled the bombing of Houthi militias and managed to extinguish the sources of fire.
