During the past two days, the Houthi militia planted dozens of fields of mines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) south of Hays in Hodeidah governorate.
According to field sources, the militia elements erected checkpoints and prevented citizens from crossing in some of the usual lines and forced them to turn into rugged roads and difficult to cross, and then planted mines of different sizes and forms.
