A number of teachers in The Hess district staged a vigil in the city centre on Wednesday morning to demand the payment of their salaries, which have been suspended for three months.
The protesters carried banners demanding that their salaries be paid quickly, given their poor living conditions and the city's daily and ongoing bombardment by the Houthi terrorist militias.
In a statement, the protesters called on the government and local authority to lift their injustices and pay their salaries, which are one of their most basic rights, and to lift the siege of their city by the Houthi group two and twenty-one days ago.
The stop is the second in the city in a week.
