Abdul Rahman Mohammed Saleh, 15, was injured by shrapnel from a Houthi artillery shell as a result of renewed artillery shelling by Houthi militias on the al-Ta'idiya area in al-Tahita district, south of Hodeidah.
While playing on Eid day next to his home during the renewed Houthi artillery shelling of villages and communities, he sustained serious injuries to his left hand as well as his left foot.
According to the sources, the residents rushed to the site of the shelling and rescued the injured, and took him to the field hospital in Al-Peacha district to receive first aid and treatment.
