The Governor of Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, issued a decision appointing a general director of the Water and Sewerage Corporation.
The decision by which the Governor of Aden, the Secretary-General of the Transitional Council, continued his changes to the leaders of the local authority in the governorate, the first article stipulated: “To assign Engineer Muhammad Muhammad Abdullah Bakhabira, Director General of the Local Corporation for Water and Wastewater in Aden, to succeed the former Director Fathi Al-Saqqaf.”
