Members of the Special Forces in Abyan governorate said that their commander, "Muhammad Al-Ouban", was making illegal deductions from the salaries of officers and soldiers.
In an appeal to President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, the Fourth District Command and the Arab Coalitions, they said that Muhammad al-Ouban deducted sums amounting to half of their salaries in May of this year.
The soldiers attached the complaint to the salary vouchers that were transferred to them from the representative of Al-Ouban through Al-Arawi Exchange Company, to indicate the amount of money that is transferred after deducting part of their salaries.
