According to local sources in Shabwa governorate, the Brotherhood authorities continue to smuggle oil to the Houthi militia-controlled areas in Al-Bayda governorate, at double prices.
Activists circulated a video recording, in the Khoura Valley in Lower Markhah District, Shabwa Governorate, showing a stream of quarters going to Al-Bayda governorate, at a time when Shabwah governorate is experiencing a crisis in oil derivatives and electricity.
According to the sources, the smuggling and sale of oil derivatives are carried out by the Shabwa Brotherhood authorities.
