On Monday, April 26, 2021, government forces shot down an explosive drone launched by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, over the eastern governorate of Marib.
A military source said that the government forces shot down, at dawn on Monday, a Houthi booby-trapped plane at the Al-Mashjah front, west of Marib.
He pointed out that this was the third Houthi bombed plane shot down by government forces on the same front within two days.
