The Saudi researcher, Amjad Taha, said that "the Riyadh Agreement means a temporary self-administration in southern Yemen," adding that "the Transitional Council will soon enjoy international support."
He added: "The implementation of the Riyadh Agreement means the interim self-administration of the southern regions and the transfer of Yemeni forces to fight their battles in the north."
