Houthi militias escalate their violations south of Hodeidah

The Houthi militias have increased the frequency of their daily violations by bombing and targeting the locations of the joint forces in the Al-Faza area of the district of Al-Tahita, south of Hodeidah.

A military source stated that the militias bombed the joint forces' positions east of Al-Faza, with heavy 120-mm mortar shells and 60-caliber missiles.

The source added, that the militia elements fired their weapons towards the joint forces positions with a weapon of 14.5 and a weapon of 12.7 intensively.


The source pointed out that the militias opened fire on other sites of the joint forces and used the Beka rate weapon and the 12.7 caliber Dushka weapon.

It is noteworthy that Houthi militias have not committed to a ceasefire since the international truce took effect on December 18, 2018.
