The Yemeni embassy in Cairo has confirmed that all Yemenis residing in the Arab Republic of Egypt are free of any infection with the Corona virus, after reports that a Yemeni woman was infected.

On Sunday, the Egyptian authorities suspected that a Yemeni woman had arrived from Sayun, due to the high temperature, and that she had been transferred to the hospital for observation.

Ibrahim Al-Jahmi, embassy affairs attaché for expatriates, said today, Monday: I assure everyone of the safety of all our citizens in Egypt and that they are all free of the symptoms of Corona, and there is no cause for concern at all.

He pointed out, in his post on his Facebook account, that "the situation in Egypt is stable, and the government has taken preventive measures, and do not believe the malicious rumors that are terrifying and causing concern."

He added that the health condition of the Yemeni citizen, who arrived yesterday (Sunday), is stable and is under medical observation at the hospital and she did not show any symptoms.

And the Expatriate Affairs Attaché pointed out that any person with a temperature greater than 38 degrees is suspected, and he is placed under observation, and the reasons for the high temperature may be other pathological symptoms.
