The Najd al-Ataq front of the Nehm district fell under the control of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, on Monday.

Field sources told Newsyemen that the Houthi militia attacked, within two days, more than twenty combat coordinates of the army and tribal forces' positions, and today they managed to control ten kilometers from them, while the tribal and army forces withdrew for the second combat pattern that surrounds the Mas camp in the Al-Jadaan district, 7 km away from it.

The sources indicated that more than 150 Houthi fighters were killed and wounded in the confrontations and air strikes, while the death toll from the army and tribes increased to more than 40 fighters within two days.

In other locations in Najd Al-Ataq, the sources indicated that Major General Khaled Al-Aqra’s camp remained under siege by the Houthi militia for two days, and was hit from the back and killed and wounded among the military.

The sources, who spoke to NewsYemen, did not clarify who had targeted the forces of the Khaled Al-Aqra Brigade from the back, according to the source, but sources indicated betrayals among the brigade, which forced the brigade's forces to withdraw to the Mohi point.

The sources stated that Houthi militia penetrated towards the Doman family and took control of Khaled Al-Aqra 'camp, Nabaa and Al Shabwan , which is part of the Najd Al-Ataq area.
