The Parliament of Sanaa acknowledges the Houthi authorities ’plunder of state lands and the farce of accountability for those involved

The Parliament of Sanaa, headed by Yahya Al-Ra’i, admitted in its session, Tuesday, that the authorities of the Houthi coup militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, looted state lands and the failure of the Bin Habtoor government, which is not recognized internationally, to implement the recommendations of the parliament, incomplete a quorum, related to the issue of assault, looting, robbery and creating  Residential buildings on the land designated for public service facilities in the Amanat Al-Asimah, 50th Street, south of Al-Asbahi neighborhood, Unit 395.


According to what was published by the SabaNet website in its Houthi version, the Al-Ra’i Parliament, in its report issued by the so-called Services Committee, held their government, which is not recognized internationally, responsible for the continuing acts of seizure and robbery of the state’s lands due to the failure to take legal measures against those proven involved in the looting and robbery.  

 While the report called on the government to oblige the relevant authorities to protect and preserve state lands and endowments, remove violations, as well as protect all lands and property of the state and citizens in the secretariat and governorates, at the same time it stressed the need to stop what it called “sham lawsuits based on fraud and fraud before the judiciary for the purpose of plundering lands and state property. "

The information contained in the report, which was published by an official media outlet affiliated with the Sana'a authorities, confirms the fact that the militias looted the state’s lands under the cover of the judiciary, which is now controlled by the Houthi leader and the head of the so-called Revolutionary Committee, Muhammad Ali al-Houthi, who created the position of “head of the justice system” in order to gain control.  The judiciary and endowments to plunder the lands of the latter after the replacement of hundreds of legitimate trustees with their loyalists.
