Abdulmalik Al-Mikhlafi, the advisor to the President of the Republic, said on Wednesday that the implementation of the military part of the Riyadh agreement is nearing completion, considering that the announcement of the formation of the new government is a practical response to the campaigns of skepticism and frustration.
Al-Mikhlafi said in a tweet on Twitter: "The implementation of the Riyadh agreement, and in the foreground the implementation of the military and security component, which is about to be completely."
He added: "The announcement of the formation of the government is the practical response to the intensive campaigns of suspicion and frustration since the announcement of the Arab coalition statement and over the course of a week of service to the Houthi and various agendas that do not want good Yemen, victory, peace and restoring the state."
Observers see the statement of the president's advisor, implicit references to the Islah Party, the local branch of the Brotherhood.
