Seiyun, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

The Yemeni street places great hopes on the new government formed under the Riyadh Agreement, in terms of bearing responsibility towards citizens and alleviating the harsh and accumulated suffering on them as a result of the interlocking crises.

In this context, the residents of Hadhramaut governorate hope that the Munasfa government will work to address the security file in the valley and desert regions, and put an end to the security chaos that afflicts a part of the governorate that is under the control of the First Military Region forces loyal to General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar and the Islah Party, the local branch of the Brotherhood.

Also, a number of Hadhramaut residents stressed, in separate conversations with "NewsYemen", the priority of dealing with the crisis of the collapse of the national currency, which has had tragic consequences for the citizens' living conditions, so that basic food needs have become a source of concern for heads of families with limited income and private businesses.

Although Yemeni society has shown great resilience in the face of many disasters and crises, it is seeking to alleviate suffering, enhance basic services and address all situations, according to what the citizen "Mahdi Abdulmawla" said in the context of interviews conducted by the "NewsYemen" correspondent in the city of Seiyun, after  Government formation.

Abdulmawla pointed out that the patient Yemeni people have sacrificed a lot during the past period and remained steadfast in their aspiration for a stable and carefree life, adding that achieving security, an average standard of living and continuous dignity are the aspirations of all the simple people.

He hoped the new government would be honest with itself and do everything it could to alleviate the suffering of all citizens, starting with supervising food and consumer prices and strengthening the national currency.

In turn, Fatima Ali expressed her hope that the government would pay attention to the living situation, put an end to the high prices of foodstuffs and commodities, and put an end to the manipulation of the exchange that many suffer from.

In an interview with "NewsYemen", she said that the new government’s provision of minimum services, security and price controls will restore hope to the Yemeni citizen and restore confidence between the people and the authority.

For his part, the assistant undersecretary for Hadhramaut governorate for the affairs of the valley and desert directorates, Abdul Hadi Al-Tamimi, commented on the new ministerial formation, stressing the need for the government to go to the real battle that concerns citizens so that the country's capital returns to the state’s bosom, he said.

Al-Tamimi praised, in the context of his conversation with "NewsYemen", the efforts of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for their permanent standing with the Yemeni people until reaching an agreement with all parties and gathering the nation's partners in a unified government.

He added, optimism about the new government is great, especially since our country has reached the level of the collapse of the Yemeni riyal, and living has become difficult, and with it prices rise every day.

The Yemeni citizen lives in all regions of the liberated countries and others that are still under the control of the Houthi militia, in difficult humanitarian conditions, which puts the new government in front of a great responsibility.
