The joint forces oust a new leader of the Houthi militia in Hodeidah

The joint forces ousted a new leader in Iran's arm during its battles with the Houthi militia in the Hays front, south of Hodeidah Governorate.

Military sources said that the commander of a battalion affiliated with the Houthi militia, called Sayyad Al-Asham, led a major attack on the joint forces' positions on the Hays front, in the past hours, which ended with his death with a number of groups participating in the confrontations.

According to the sources, al-Asham, who belongs to the Dhamar governorate, occupies the position of a battalion commander, and the militia has promoted him to the rank of colonel  He was killed in the attack carried out by the Iranian arm from its position in the village of Hilla, north of Beit Maghari, in the district of Hays.

The joint forces made it clear yesterday that they had broken an attack by the Houthi militia to breach the contact lines on the Hays front, and that dozens of dead and wounded in the ranks of the militias.

Houthi militia is in a state of collapse after its leadership fell one by one in battles in which it did not achieve more than human losses in the context of its violations of the Sweden agreement.
