"NewsYemen" obtains a document that reveals a struggle between the Brotherhood militia formations in Shabwa governorate.
In the document, which was a "telegram," the director of Shabwa security, Awad Masoud Al-Dahboul, commander of the Special Forces militia in the governorate, directed the arrested soldier in the Shabwa elite, Muhammad Al-Sowah Al-Khulaifi, to the criminal investigation to complete his procedures, or to release him if there was no case against him.
Despite the directives of Dahboul to the Special Commander, the latter did not respond to this directive.
The private agency operates as a separate device from the county’s security manager, which irritates the latter.
This formation is led by Abd Rabbo Laakb, a little-known figure in Shabwa, who was pushed by the Brotherhood to the forefront in the governorate after the August 2019 battles.
