Al-Hodeidah, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

Local residents and security sources said that the Houthi militia was reinforced by heavy missiles to Hays and Jabal Ras, while it launched a widespread campaign of arrests of legitimate secretaries in the context of military escalation and continuous violations of civilians in Hodeidah governorate.

The sources indicated to NewsYemen that the Houthi militia had brought in military reinforcements, including heavily armed militants, and deployed them in farms and villages north of the Hays district, in preparation for the attack on the joint forces' sites in the besieged city since 2018.

The sources warned of a missile attack that the Houthi militia was preparing in parallel with the military attack, on the impact of information indicating the introduction of a missile system into the border villages between Mocha, Maqabneh, Al Khokha and Hays.

During the past two days, NewsYemen sources monitored the arrival of four trucks covered by the Iranian arm that came from the Jabal Ras district and crossed the countryside of Hays towards Jabal Al-Ghaziyeh on the southern side of the directorate on the borders of the Al-Khokha district.

The sources confirmed that the four trucks belonging to the Houthi militia carry heavy weapons, Katyusha rockets and the Zelzal 1 missile, and the militias are preparing to launch a missile attack on cities and coastal places in the liberated areas of the West Coast.

It showed that these trucks unloaded their cargo east of the village of Al-Kanzal Wall in Wadi Irfan, south of Hays and east of Al-Khokhah region, which is a remote, rugged and mountainous area east of the Hodeidah-Taiz line, and it is administratively affiliated with Al-Khokhah District.

Residents in these areas told News: The militias prevent citizens from entering and approaching their sites and impose a security square from far apart distances, indicating that Iran's arm has turned it into a military zone.

Yesterday, the sources reported that three Iranian arm crews were escorting two other trucks that entered the same closed area.

The sources suggested that the Iranian arm is storing these weapons and missiles in Wadi Irfan and Jabal Ghaziyeh, where the areas are densely wooded and covered by any air monitoring.

 The arrest of legitimate secretaries

Meanwhile, the arrests campaigns of the Iranian wing continued in the countryside of Hays, Jabal Ras and Al-Jarahi, with the participation of security forces, who raided the homes of legitimate trustees in charge of granting land assets.

Local sources told NewsYemen that the Houthi militia issued strict orders to arrest the legitimate secretaries in Hays, Al-Jarahi, and Jabal Ras, and to detain them during the criminal investigation.

It explained that security personnel raided rural areas and arrested twenty-five legitimate secretaries, and investigations are underway with them in the criminal investigation, on the grounds that they did not obtain official permits from the Ministry of Justice for the Houthi militia.

The sources indicated that the legal trustees are elderly and have been practicing documentation and legal correspondence for more than 30 years, and all of their documents are deliberate and certified by the court in the district of Hays and the documentation registry is certified.

According to the sources, the militia extorted the trustees financially and demanded exorbitant fees for them to obtain permits to complete their transactions while they were inside the detention centers, indicating a process that was repeated in all areas under the control of the Iranian arm in Sanaa, Hodeidah, and others.
