A Houthi court orders execution of a kidnapped person, on a malicious charge

A court affiliated with the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, has ruled the execution of a kidnappef person in Sanaa, accused of collaborating with the Arab coalition, according to lawyer Abdulmajeed Sabra.

Lawyer "Sabra", who is a member of the detainees' defense committee, said that the Specialized First Instance Criminal Court in Sana'a, which is controlled by the Houthis, issued a death sentence in discretion against the detainee, Gibran Muhammad Hassan Al-Bahri, on charges of aiding what it called "aggression."

It is noteworthy that the Houthi militia issued death sentences against hundreds of Yemenis, on malicious charges, and included death sentences for officials in the legitimacy pyramid, deputies in Parliament, military leaders and political journalists.
