Aden, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

An informed political source revealed the refusal of the sole representative of the popular Nasserite unitary organization in the new government to move from Cairo to the Saudi capital, Riyadh, to take the constitutional oath.

The source told (NewsYemen) that Hussein Abdulrahman Al-Agbry, Minister of Local Administration and representative of the Nasserite Organization in the government, refused to go to Riyadh in a special plane that transported ministers in Cairo.

The source said that the leadership of the Nasserite Popular Unitary Organization is currently studying the option not to participate in the government of national competencies headed by Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik.

The source added: "There are various reasons for the organization's choice not to participate in the government, the first of which is President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi's refusal to merge the Ministry of National Dialogue Outcomes Affairs with the Ministry of Local Administration despite the agreement to merge before announcing the formation of the government."

According to the source, "the Nasserist organization rejects the takeover by the Islah party, the branch of the terrorist Brotherhood organization in Yemen, of nine ministries in the government under different names, in addition to changing the place of government members taking the constitutional oath from Aden to Riyadh."

The source considered Hadi's retreat from the decision to merge the two ministries of dialogue outcomes with the local administration, and enabling reform to control nine ministries, in violation of the Riyadh Agreement and the political understandings that preceded the announcement of the formation of the government.
