Al-Jaadi and Al-Naqib: The campaign to ban weapons and number vehicles is necessary to combat crime

 A member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, Fadl al-Jaadi, and the official spokesman for the southern forces, Muhammad al-Naqib, praised the security campaign to prevent the carrying of weapons and the numbering of vehicles in the capital, Aden.

Al-Jaadi said on his Twitter page, "The security campaign to prevent the carrying of weapons in the capital, Aden, and the numbering of vehicles is a huge step, which is highly appreciated."

He added, "Aden is a symbol of the city, the regime and the state, and these measures have become an absolute necessity to restore consideration to this city, its security and stability, an achievement that Aden has been missing for a quarter of a century."

For his part, spokesman for the southern forces, Muhammad al-Naqib, said, "The security services in the capital, Aden, continue to implement a campaign to prevent the carrying of weapons and seize violating and unlicensed cars."

 And he continued on his account on "Twitter", "On its second day, it embodied the spirit of partnership between the citizen and the security man and the unity of awareness of its importance and necessity as a pivotal part of the requirements for enhancing security and combating crime, including terrorist crime."
