40 Houthis, including leaders, were killed in fierce battles in Marib

The government forces said that more than 40 members of the Houthi militia were killed and dozens wounded, including field leaders, in battles west of Marib.

The media of the third military region said that the army and the resistance forces fought fierce battles for long hours against the Houthi militia along the fronts of al-Kasara, al-Mashjah and Serwah .

He added that the army's artillery destroyed three vehicles carrying many militia fighters, while it carried out a series of raids targeting five patrols, two vehicles, gathering points and a weapons store for the Houthis.
