Three generators were looted from the warehouses of the Water and Sanitation Corporation in Taiz

An official document revealed the disappearance of materials and equipment from the warehouses of the Water and Sanitation Corporation during the Eid al-Adha holiday in the city of Taiz, central Yemen.

The Director General of the Water and Sanitation Corporation said in an official memorandum addressed to the commander of the 22nd Brigade Mika, that the stores of the Corporation were robbed during the Eid al-Adha holiday, which are subject to the protection of the brigade's personnel.

According to the director of the foundation, Hassan Al-Mujahid, the locks of the warehouses were broken, and materials and equipment were stolen, pointing out that they had been looted during the past periods, indirectly accusing the soldiers of the 22nd Mika Brigade of being involved in the looting.

Among the looted from the warehouses of Monsters of the Water Corporation, three generators belonging to the Taiz Water Project, which the Corporation received from a Kuwaiti organization before Eid al-Adha, according to local sources.

The sources indicated that the looting of the stores of the Water Corporation was carried out under the supervision of the commander in Brigade 22 Mika Wahib Al-Huri, and a person nicknamed (Al-Nams), who is the mediator between the thieves and the merchants who bought the loot.

Brotherhood militias have looted tens of electricity generators from government and private institutions in the past years, and established private companies to generate electricity in the city of Taiz, generating millions in revenues per month.
