A member of the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, killed a field commander in one of the Houthi group's sites in the Radaa area, Al-Bayda Governorate, "in the center of the country."

Informed sources said that a militia member named "Adham Hammoud al-Khoubri" and nicknamed "Abu Hammoud" had killed a Houthi leader in a Houthi site in al-Bayda governorate.

The sources added that the dead man was called "Hazam Muhammad al-Mudhala", and he was from the village of Zameh Mikhlaf Ammar in the al-Nadra district, while the culprit was from the village of Qatn, al-Fajra.

According to the sources, differences between the perpetrator and the victim developed to the point of murder.

And it reported that the young man, Adham Al-Khoubri, recently joined the ranks of the militia, in search of material interests obtained by those who are contained by the militia or sent to the fighting fronts, while the victim was the commander of a Houthi site in Radaa region, and his brother was killed last year in the ranks of the Houthi militia.

The incident comes after a similar incident, where the son of “Wasel” from the village of Al-Jubayb in the Nadra district, killed the son of Al-Qadri, from the village of Al-Duwair, in one of the militia’s sites in the Al-Fakher area, Qataba district, northwest of Al-Dhalea.
