Lahj, NewsYemen:

On Sunday, the official spokesman for Al-Anad military base, Maher Al-Halimi, vowed to avenge the victims of the terrorist attack launched by the Houthi militia on the base during the morning assembly, which left dozens dead and wounded.

Al-Halimi said, in a statement posted on his Facebook account, that the southern forces will not stand idly by and will respond to the treacherous operation carried out by the Houthi militia.

He added that the militias fired ballistic missiles from Al-Hawban area in Taiz governorate at Al-Anad base during training for recruits at 8:30 in the morning, which resulted in martyrs and wounded.

He continued, "The Houthi militia's continued attacks on the Al-Anad military base is an unforgivable crime and we cannot remain silent about it," vowing to respond in the depths of the Houthis.
