The UAE Ministry of Defense published a video showing the coalition aircraft destroying a Houthi missile launcher at 4:10 am, about a quarter of an hour after the UAE air defense systems confronted the two missiles launched from the platform in an attempt to target Abu Dhabi.
The announcement included: “The Joint Operations Command of the Ministry of Defense announces the (success) of the F16 aircraft at 0410 hrs, Yemen time, from destroying the ballistic missile launcher, Al-Hazm Directorate in Al-Jawf, immediately after it launched two ballistic missiles at Abu Dhabi, which were intercepted (successfully) by our air defenses. The UAE Ministry of Defense had announced the interception and destruction of two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi terrorist group towards the UAE on Monday by its air defense, stressing that the attack did not result in any casualties, as the remnants of the intercepted and destroyed ballistic missiles fell in separate areas around the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
