The Southern Transitional Council (STC) achieved several successes after defeating forces loyal to interim President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi and the Muslim Brotherhood in the southern city of Aden.
Following the end of armed confrontations with Hadi and Brotherhood forces in August, the Transitional Council succeeded in maintaining the security of Aden and halted acts of terrorism.
The security belt forces maintained public and private property in Aden, while leaders of the Southern Council worked to preserve the social bond of all Yemenis in the city.
The leadership of the Council worked to activate the institutions and government departments, and intensified their movements to provide services to citizens.
