The joint forces responded to an attack by the Houthi militia on its positions in the district of Al-Tuhita, south of Hodeidah.
A field source in the joint forces said that the forces responded to the attack by the Houthi militia, west of the district, with various types of heavy and medium weapons.
The source emphasized that the joint forces incurred the militias heavy losses in lives and equipment, and forced them to retreat and flee.
In Hays district, a citizen was killed by a mine explosion planted by the Houthi militia.
A field source said that Salem Naji Muhammad Dubleh, 28, was killed by a Houthi mine while he was grazing his sheep in the village of Dar Naji, west of the city of Hays.
