The Saudi-led Arab coalition announced sunday that the Houthi militia committed 82 violations of the ceasefire in Yemen in the past 24 hours
The coalition said in a statement early Sunday that Houthi militias continue to violate the declared truce in Yemen, and have committed 82 violations in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of violations to 4,099 since its announcement.
The Arab Coalition affirmed its application to the utmost restraint by rules of engagement, with the right of legitimate response in cases of self-defence on the fronts, pointing to its commitment to the ceasefire in Yemen and supporting the efforts of the UN envoy.
The coalition announced a one-month ceasefire extension from Thursday, April 23, after its previous declaration on April 8 of a two-week ceasefire.
