Taiz .. Appointment of two new commanders for the 22 MICA brigades and 170 air defense

Informed military sources revealed presidential decisions that included two military brigades from the National Army Brigades in the central province of Taiz.

The sources told (NewsYemen) that the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, issued a decision appointing Brigadier General Muhammad al-Mahfadi as commander of the 22 Mika Brigade to succeed Brigadier General Sadiq Sarhan, and the latter appointed an advisor to the Minister of Defense.

The second republican decision also appointed Colonel Abdullah Dabwan Al-Qaisi as commander of the 170th Air Defense Brigade to succeed Brigadier General Abdulaziz Al-Majidi, and the latter kept his position as Staff of the Taiz Axis of War.

It is noteworthy that Brigadier General Muhammad al-Mahfadi was previously working as the staff of the 22nd Mika Brigade, and Colonel Abdullah al-Qaisi was working as a commander of a battalion in the 170th Air Defense Brigade, both of whom belong to the Muslim Brotherhood organization, and their decision is expected to be published in the official media at a later time.
