The joint and southern forces launched, at dawn today, Saturday, a large military operation northwest of Al-Dhalea Governorate, during which they were able to liberate 16 sites and areas described as strategic in the areas on the outskirts of Ibb Governorate, amid the collapse and defeat of the Houthi militia's defenses.
Military sources reported that the Joint and Southern Forces, supported by the Security Belt Forces, were able to fully liberate the Al-Fakher area, along with, “Al-Fakher Market, Al-Fakher Village, Al-Sharji House Junction, Al-Sharji House, Husayn Al-Sharji, Shaab Al-Ma`a, Al-Batha, north of Habeel Al-Abdi, Tabab Al-Nabija. Hammam al-Nabjiya, Ghoul al-Joufi, the village of Markhza, Tibbah, and the house of Sheikh Shayef, and Tabat al-Umda, the tabab above Salah station, the northern house of Ammar and the school.
The sources stated that the joint and southern forces advanced towards the road linking Al-Dhalea and Ibb governorate, and imposed their control over large parts of it, and began bombing Houthi sites in Naqil Al-Khashbah, east of Ibb.
