Al-Zubaidi: We will face attempts to restore the activity of terrorist organizations to Abyan

The head of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidarous al-Zubaidi, said on Sunday that the southern forces had previously faced and will face any attempts to restore the activity of terrorist organization elements to Abyan Governorate, southern Yemen.

 Al-Zubaidi stressed, during his meeting with military leaders and social figures, that the people of Abyan have a high degree of awareness of the forces that stand and support terrorist elements, with the aim of shuffling the cards and bringing the governorate into an endless conflict.

 He stressed that the battle with terrorism and its supporters is a battle of existence, adding that the southern forces will continue to dry up the sources of terrorism and eliminate its hotbeds from all areas in which they were planted.

Al-Zubaidi confirmed the interest of the Transitional Council in Abyan, given the suffering and suffering of its people during the last period, indicating that it will do everything in its power to provide the necessary support to the governorate according to what is available to it.

According to the official website of the Transitional Council, the military and social leaders of Abyan affirmed, during the meeting, their full support for the council and their full support for all its steps.
