Citizens in the areas of the Abyan Delta, in statements to "Newsyemen", complained about the increase in the number of hours of power outages, from their homes, in conjunction with the rise in weather temperatures to record levels.
Residents reported that power outages had increased so that they would spend long hours without electricity during each day, and when the it returns, it will not last more than an hour or an hour and a half to resume the blackouts.
Source at the electricity company in Abyan, said the reasons for the long hours of blackout is due to running out of fuel for the power plant.
The source told "Newsyemen " that the remaining amount of fuel is very small and will run out within days, despite the reduction of operating hours.
