 The head of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, affirmed that the council adheres to the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement and the representation of the South in the negotiations for a comprehensive solution.

Al-Zubaidi stressed, during his chairing the meeting of the Presidency of the Council, on Saturday, in Aden, the approach and strategy based on adhering to the Riyadh Agreement and the necessity of implementing all its provisions, and the necessity of the Southern Transitional Council's participation in the negotiations of the comprehensive political process to represent the people of the south at the negotiating table.

Al-Zubaidi reviewed the results of his movements and external meetings that he held with a number of ambassadors and officials in a number of countries.

The head of the transitional council stressed the need to unify efforts and capabilities on the southern arena and gather the ranks to face the dangers threatening the south, both land and people, as well as the unilateralism of fate and position with the brothers in the Arab coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The meeting was devoted to discussing the ongoing preparations to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the historic Aden Declaration on the fourth of May, the establishment of the Southern Transitional Council on May 11, and the sixth anniversary of the liberation of the capital, Aden, as the meeting mandated the specialists to prepare and prepare well for these activities.
