Aden, NewsYemen:

The Yemeni army spokesman, Brigadier General Abdo Majali, said on Wednesday that Iran's ambassador to the Houthi militia, Hassan Irloo, is managing the militia fighting in Marib.

Majali stated, in a statement to Al-Arabiya TV, that the army forces achieved fiery control over a number of fronts in Marib, stressing that the tribes are heavily involved alongside the legitimate forces.

Hassan Irloo has never worked in the diplomatic corps. Rather, he is a trainer specializing in anti-aircraft weapons, and he previously trained the Lebanese Hezbollah militia.

Brigadier General Abdo Majali considered in previous statements that the actual mission undertaken by "a member of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Hassan Erlo, is to directly supervise the building of militias that owe allegiance and support the Iranian Guard, and tamper with Yemen's identity to distance it from its Arab surroundings."
