Aden, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

Since his arrival in the capital, Aden, last Saturday, the head of the Southern Transitional Council has been subjected to a fierce campaign by the Islah party media and activists affiliated with the legitimate government, in conjunction with the siege practiced by Hadi's authority against the south in the services file.

The Brotherhood media, which controls legitimacy, held the head of the Southern Transitional Council, Major General Aidaroos al-Zubaidi, responsible for the failure of Hadi and his government to manage the liberated areas despite the fact that the revenues and the Central Bank are under their authority, and they demanded al-Zubaidi to provide the services and needs of the people.

Upon Zubaidi's arrival at Aden International Airport, they said that Aden is in need of services and electricity, demanding that he provide what the Hadi government has been unable to provide, which controls state resources in the liberated areas, and refuses to supply them to the Central Bank, where the proceeds of some liberated governorates that fall under the authority of legitimacy go to influential leaders affiliated with Hadi and the Islah party, while the southern governorates under the control of the Transitional Council provide revenues to the Central Bank in Aden.

Since its arrival in Aden four months ago, the government has not fulfilled its duties in the liberated areas, which are in a dire situation due to the accumulated corruption of the legitimate authority over the past years.

In a speech yesterday, on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the declaration of the Southern Transitional Council, Al-Zubaidi demanded that the Arab coalition pressure the legitimate government to supply the rest of the governorates under its control with its revenues to the Central Bank in Aden, according to what was mentioned in the Riyadh Agreement.
