The Special Forces militia, which owes allegiance to the Brotherhood's Islah party in Shabwa Governorate, has arrested Mahdi Al-Mansouri, an educator, for 3 months.
Al-Mansouri was arrested from his home in the city of Ataq, the provincial capital, without legal justification.
Although 90 days have passed since his arrest, Al-Mansouri has not been charged with any clear charges.
Sources close to Al-Mansouri said that the private militia confiscated his personal phone and the computer he was using.
The sources indicated that the militia also prevented visiting him or contacting his family over a month.
